Real Madrid attacker missing from traveling squad heading To United States

A key attacking player for La Liga giants Real Madrid did not travel with the first-team squad to the USA for the Club World Cup. This absence has drawn attention as the team prepares for the tournament.

According to reports from El Chiringuito TV, the player in question is young Brazilian forward Endrick. He was not part of the group that departed Spain.

Real Madrid’s squad, under new manager Xabi Alonso, left their training base in Madrid last weekend. They headed stateside to participate in the tournament’s newly formatted edition.

The team is set to begin their Club World Cup journey on Wednesday evening. Their opening match will be a debut encounter against Saudi club Al-Hilal.

Endrick, the 18-year-old attacker, was spotted at Real’s Valdebebas training complex in Madrid on Tuesday. El Chiringuito TV states this is because he is still undergoing treatment for a hamstring injury. The injury was sustained last month.
