A prominent attacker from La Liga powerhouse Real Madrid has reportedly become a transfer target for Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr. Market insider Sacha Tavolieri has identified Rodrygo as the player drawing interest from the Saudi outfit’s leadership.
This development comes as Rodrygo has been frequently linked with a potential move away from the Spanish capital throughout the current summer transfer window.
Questions about Rodrygo’s future arose partly due to his limited playing time at the Club World Cup under new coach Xabi Alonso. Reports suggest the Brazilian forward could be available for the right transfer fee.
Al-Nassr, seeking a major signing to play alongside Cristiano Ronaldo, has reportedly made a bold move. According to Tavolieri, writing for Sky Sports, the club has launched an ‘assault’ on the player.

With significant funds available this transfer period, Al-Nassr approached Rodrygo’s representatives to see if he is interested in a departure to an ‘exotic destination’ like Saudi Arabia. It remains to be seen if moving to the Middle East appeals to him at this stage of his career.
